What I collect and why

Contact form. When you send the form, I process the name, email address and message you provide. I use these only to reply to your enquiry. The basis is legitimate interest and preparing for a possible engagement.

Site analytics. The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which collects anonymous, aggregate usage data such as page views, referring site and country. It uses no cookies and does not track individuals across sites. The basis is legitimate interest in improving the site.

Cookies

The site uses no tracking cookies, so no separate cookie consent is required. Cloudflare may set cookies that are strictly necessary for operation and security.

Sharing and processors

I use trusted providers: Cloudflare (site hosting and analytics), Web3Forms (form delivery) and Apple iCloud (email). Some providers may process data outside the EU and EEA, for example in the United States. Your data is not sold or used for marketing profiling.

Retention

I keep enquiry messages for as long as handling your matter requires, and delete them once they are no longer needed.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, request correction or erasure, and object to processing. To exercise these, contact [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
